MISHAP ART

Hi!

I am offering two original works for immediate sale for cheaper than usual, as I want to donate all the proceeds to a cause I feel very worthwhile before Mid February. Generally I keep my Art and professional life very separate to my personal life but of course they do intersect and sometimes I feel I can use art to assist my life and vice versa. I receive so much support from people I don't even know for my art, and for anyone that reads this, want to give an honest insight on my thoughts for this one.

On a very personal note, I have recently lost someone very dear to me to cancer and it has impacted my life severely. Although I have experienced alot of death in my short life, this particular event has made me really want to cut the bullshit from my life, be more ambitious and productive, and most of all treat life with respect as it will more than likely be shorter than you expect, or come as a surprise when it inevitably ends.

The proceeds from the sales of these two paintings will be donated to a friend of mine who has stage 4 bowel cancer and is raising funds to attend the Gawler Retreat by The Gawler Foundation, specifically designed for individuals fighting cancer. She is strong and positive and I really want to see her go to this retreat as it may really help her in her long and difficult journey ...

Lastly, I've known a lot of people with cancer and lost a few, it's really hard to watch it happen and you never know what you can do to help.
